Changing Stylists
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon for your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking an appointment. We suggest you use at least two or three stylist regularly so that you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.
Cancellation Policy
We require that all reservations be confirmed no less than 48 hours in advance. If your reservation is not confirmed within the 48-hour window, we will cancel your reservation and reach out to reschedule using your preferred method of communication.
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented an updated cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window prior to the reservation will result in 50% of the service & time being charged to the guest. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.
Credit Card on File
In order to ensure that our guests have access to available reservations ARO Hair Salon will now require a credit card to reserve appointments online or over the phone.
Exchange Policy
Home care product may be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase.
*All box sets, skincare & make-up sales are final.
ARO Hair Salon guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right – at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for services received.
Retail Policy
We strive to provide products that enhance your beauty routine. Please note that returns on opened items are only permitted with authorization. We do offer exchanges on any opened Redken, Pureology, Mizani, L'Oréal, or Kerastase products within 2 weeks of purchase. For the safety and well-being of all our clients, returns on makeup, skincare, and other items that can be contaminated upon use are not permitted.

Hair Guarantee
Your confidence is our priority! If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly assist you. Complimentary touch-ups or redo services must be completed within 2 weeks of the original service date. To maintain the highest level of care and coordination, all redo services must be reserved through the salon directly and cannot be booked online.
